Experience combinations of punches, kicks and athletic drills designed to turn up the intensity. This class incorporates a mix of bag work combinations of punches and kicks in an aerobic upbeat style with strength-building and stretching exercises. This class is excellent for women that would like to learn self-defence confidence. Come try it, you'll find a new way to exercise without the monotony. Gloves or raps required.
